Overview: CarePro was a rapid-response telemedicine platform launched at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic to ensure continued access to healthcare for non-critical cases. Designed to connect patients with doctors virtually, CarePro reduced hospital strain and gave thousands a safer, faster way to get the care they needed.
Our Role: We joined the project from day zero - owning the entire tech stack and infrastructure. In just under two months, we delivered a secure, scalable, and fully GDPR-compliant platform that enabled both doctors and patients to interact with ease.
What We Built:

Overview: PracticeFlow is a lightweight, highly customizable appointment scheduling SaaS designed for small medical practices, wellness clinics, and therapy centers. Built as an internal experiment, it proves that vertical-specific, user-friendly SaaS can be shipped fast - without sacrificing elegance or scalability.
Our Role: We ideated, designed, and developed PracticeFlow from scratch. The product was a testbed for exploring how deeply customizable platforms can empower niche sectors without becoming bloated or brittle. From database to UX, it was engineered for clarity, speed, and growth.
What We Built:
Intuitive booking interface for both patients and staff
Multi-location, multi-provider support
Custom time-slot logic (buffering, time-off, specialty-based duration)
Admin dashboard with calendar sync, reports, and audit trails
Built-in communication: confirmations, reminders, and cancellations
